How To Feel Sexy During Quarantine
Times are tough, and while there’s a million things to worry about- the most important thing to focus on is taking care of yourself! If you’re feeling frumpy, tired, bummed out - BHL is here to help you get back to feeling like your sexy self.
Eat as Clean as Possible
While we definitely don’t advise making trips to the grocery store everyday to stock up on fresh fruits and veggies, there are plenty of ways to eat clean while you’re isolating at home. Eating like an unsupervised 8 year old at a birthday party might be fun for a few days but it won’t make you feel good in the long run. Use this time to treat your body right, it will always give back to you!
Exercise
Exercising releases those feel-good endorphins that we could all definitely use right now. Exercising helps to keep your body, mind, and soul healthy - which is all kinds of sexy! Many of our favorite fitness studios and gyms are offering free at-home workouts during this time - take advantage of them and work out for at least 30 minutes a day.
Get Ready
It’s easy to feel bummy when you’re stuck at home - while we’re all for no-makeup pajama days, we encourage you to get up and get ready (at least during the work week). Applying makeup, doing your hair, and getting dressed as you normally would if you were going to work will help you feel put together and sexy (& dare we say- more productive?)
Wear Lingerie
The sexiest tip of all. When I’m feeling down, I love to throw on my favorite lingerie pieces, even if I’m wearing them under sweats and no one but me will see it! There’s something about wearing lingerie that brings about a certain confidence & je ne sais quoi. May we suggest getting your hands on (pun intended) the Rosamunde Set? ♡
